Welloh helps organisations turn wellbeing into everyday behaviours that improve how people feel, work and perform.
Welloh's Story
Some of the best people you know are struggling quietly, although most are good at looking just fine.
Â
As an ex-finance business partner, I had the good fortune of working with some of the most talented, inspiring leaders across different industries. As I became closer to them, I started seeing a pattern — so many of these people were quietly struggling, while still showing up, looking completely fine to everyone around them.
Â
I wanted to build something for them, because I've been there myself.

In 2021, my mum was diagnosed with stage four cancer. After several years of battling the disease courageously, she passed away. I was working in London at the time, trying to support her from a distance while continuing to perform in a demanding role. It was one of the most overwhelming periods of my life. I tried counselling and different support that I thought might help. But the turning point came from somewhere I did not expect.

The company I worked for offered meditation and yoga sessions. I didn't expect too much at first, but they helped me slow down, work with the stress I've been carrying for a long time. I returned to the mindfulness practices, became more present, connected with the people there and it built a bond with that organisation I still think about. Those practices changed how I work and live.Â

That's where Welloh started, inside the corporate world. Because I knew I wasn't the only one.

So I went deeper — formal training, different traditions, the science behind how these practices affect the mind, body and nervous system. But I also saw a gap: many traditional practices were not designed for modern workplaces, while many workplace programs barely scratched the surface.
Â
I started introducing my practices to friends and colleagues, and I saw how many of them had been quietly longing for exactly this — and the shift in them once they experienced it.

That was when I knew this could not remain something I only shared with the people around me.Â
Â
And this is how Welloh was created.

Intelligent
/in method/
We bring together mindfulness, breathwork, sound, stress education and workplace insight to create experiences that feel relevant, engaging and practical.
Â
Welloh is grounded in science, nervous system education and practical experience — not vague promises or wellness trends.
Welloh's Philosophy
Integrative
/in approach/
We create wellbeing experiences designed to fit your organisation and engage your people — not sit outside the culture as a one-off initiative.
Â
Welloh takes accountability for making each session relevant, participative and practical, so employees leave with tools they can carry forward.
Impactful
/in practice/
We help people build a steadier relationship with stress, so they can show up with more clarity, capacity and care.
Â
The impact goes beyond the session — giving your people tools they can return to in the moments that matter.

Founder & LeadÂ
I bring together nearly a decade of corporate experience with years of formal training in meditation, breathwork, yoga and sound healing across Himalayan mountains and Bali, learning from teachers connected to lineages including Om Swami and Dr. Pradeep Ullal.

I understand the pressure many people carry every day — juggling deadlines and competing priorities at work, while managing everything else life throws at them, often with a quiet stress that sits beneath the surface. I also understand how the mind of a high achiever works. These practices need to be translated for a logical, analytical mind — and experienced, not just explained, before someone will actually trust and use them.

My method bridges traditional practice and modern science — turning mindfulness, breathwork, sound and movement into practical, accessible tools for attention, stress regulation, self-awareness and emotional balance, adapted thoughtfully for modern workplaces, without confusion, fluff or one-size-fits-all delivery.

Welloh is not about bringing more "wellness noise" into the workplace. It is about helping people build tools they can actually use, and helping organisations create wellbeing experiences that are engaging, bonding and impactful.
