A guided, practical session combining one or more of our Core 4 practices — mindfulness, breathwork, sound and mindful movement — selected for your team. Everything is explained in plain language, including the science behind why it works. People leave with tools they can use at their desk the same day.

Do our people need any experience?

Accepted Answer

None. Sessions are designed for beginners and sceptics. There's no jargon, no chanting, and nobody is asked to do anything that feels uncomfortable. Most practices can be done seated, in work clothes.

Are sessions delivered on-site or virtually?

Accepted Answer

Both. On-site across NSW and VIC, virtual Australia-wide, and hybrid for distributed teams. Reset Days can be delivered on-site or at an off-site venue.

How many people can join a session?

It depends on the format. Recharge Sessions typically work best with 15 - 25 people; Reset Days can accommodate whole teams. We'll confirm the right size for your space and goals in the discovery call.
